how much for the above on a mid terraced property (rear).
It seems like the rest have been done eons ago, but this 1 has not.
inlaws may purchase it & don't need a mortgage - both mid 70s.

Usually, just a matter of digging a small section out from under the foundations. This is filled with concrete to the underside of the masonry. Then you simply move to the next section and repeat. By doing a section at a time, the building remains supported and stable.
Seven or eight excavations should be enough for a normal mid-terrace. Three to four thousand pounds should do it. Good access makes a difference.
Be prepared for some to make a drama out of it :o)
