Rough Estimate For Rendering
Can anyone give me a rough idea how much it would cost to have my house re-rendered?
It's a three bed semi and currently has a rough texture (but not pebbledash)
I would like it redone with a smooth finish

Get a price from a reputable local scaffolding firm for about two weeks. Then get a price from a local plasterer. Probably about 4 or 5 days work over a two-week period. A lot depends on the weather and your location. Good luck.......
Ric, I've often had to say on here that any figures would be meaningless I'm afraid. There are just too many things to take into account.
It's a simple enough job, but one that can only be assessed on-site. Spotty's right about the scaffolding, but plasterers are usually quite willing to arrange it if you don't want to get involved.
A local one-man builder is ideal for this. He'll work out the price easily. Any guesses from here are likely to be misleading.
