Garage Roof

Having finally decided to bite the bullet and get my garage roof mended i have had a quote from a local builder who I know will do a good job and is also conscious of the fact that i am not a wealthy woman. His quote is agreeable to me and includes a new door and window but the actual roof is described as "Bituwell" type. I have looked this up and it looks quite cheap and flimsy and so I would like to know if it will be a reasonable buy or if I should ask for something more substantial.
