Poor Customer Service From Fascia Company

I have recently had new "Roofline Products", i.e. fascias, soffits, guttering, etc, fitted to my house. The job has been left incomplete and I have trustingly paid the company for the work done so far. However, I cannot now get a completion date out of them, despite several phone calls.
Does anyone know details of the Managing Director / Chairman / Chief Exec of Just Fascias, Wakefield Road, Barnsley? Obviously I have got their phone number but I now want to take this matter to someone who can actually take the necessary action to get tha job finished.

The sole director of the company is 56 year old Glyn Burns, of The Barn Briery Court, Chevet Lane, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF2 6PT.

He's also a director of Just Renewables Ltd, Just Solar Power Ltd, Just Roof Tiles Ltd, Just Roofing Ltd and Just Fascias Ltd, as well as a former director of Wakefield Football Club.

The company secretary (possibly his wife) is Janine Tracy Burns, of the same address. (She's also either the company secretary or a director of all of Mr Burns' other companies)

Their home phone number is ex-directory. However Mr Burns' mobile number appears to be 07973 141331, with his personal email address being [email protected]

Blimey, Chris, that was impressive! Many thanks for all that info. I had seen the name of Glyn Burns but couldn't see his position. I shall pen him a note forthwith.
Thanks also Oldred for the Checkatrade link. Interestingly, the guys who did the first part of the job gave me a Checkatrade form to fill in on completion of the job. Their foreman said that they had only recently got involved with Checkatrade so would welcome positive feedback. I shall see what, if any, joy I get from Mr Burns before I leave any feedback (or not).

in the end I didn't need to send the letter that I had written as the very pleasant receptionist did a "bit of gentle cage-rattling" and was very quickly able to give me an installation date. The job was completed yesterday by the same team as before - three lovely lads who were polite, professional and generally a delight to have around.
(Yes, I have passed that back to the company.)
