Cost Of A Plumbing Job
After having my living room radiator taken off the wall and the pipework capped off at the ceiling; I've been told that it's gonna take three or four hours to add an elbow to the existing pipe work, then add a long straight piece of pipe, and then another elbow and the avtr to connect it to the radiator. Is this true? There is only about 15 cm of wriggle room between the bottom of the window and the floor (where the radiator will be) and i've been told that due to this a lot more time will need to be spent to make sure the pipes come down to the correct height.

Perhaps the extra time is to allow for draining, re-filling, bleeding, and getting the system running again.
