Hi all

I’m selling my property and have been advised to add indemnity insurance as I did some work and I didn’t get building regulations, and my conveyancer has suggested getting this insurance.

Is it a given that my buyers solicitor will accept it and if so how long does it take to go through.

How can I speed up this whole house sale / buying as its been 12 weeks now.

Thanks

you can usually get the insurance pretty quickly if they agree to cover you.
it is NOT a given that your buyer will accept it, it's completely up to them - they are the buyers
