central heating and plumbing.
We are about to put a bid on a 3 bedroom/ 1 bath terraced house in West London that hasn't been updated for over 40 years. It needs new central heating (which I estimate at 3000-5000 pounds). But i'm not sure if it would need new plumbing for the rest of the house. Does anyone know roughly how much this would cost?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I can understand the need to change the CH pipes (if the house HAS CH - the mid-1960s was when water-pipe based CH started being fitted in a big way to 'normal' houses). So I'm not sure really why you'd need to do this - unless the house is very old and has lead pipes. Talk to a local plumber for onsite advice, perhaps.
