Slow solicitors

Our solicitors are etremley low, we are on our 4th solicitor within the same company. Thy are unresponsive and are delaying the move. Our buyer is at hiw wits end and i eel it is only a matter of time before they pull out. Help what shall I do?

Any Solicitor could conclude a sale in 4 wks at a push. I think maybe your buyers solicitor isnt too hot either!!

Have you tried asking the Real Estate Agent what solicitor they could recommend? We've just bought a house and we were extremely happy to work with the solicitor we didn't know beforehand. The process from viewing the property to getting the key took 61 days, so yeah, try changing the firm rather than an individual within the firm. Best of luck.
