Does anyone know how you go about separating a plot of land from a property you are also selling - in other words sell land and house separately. Thanks Jean
The only way is to pick up the house by large crane and transport it somewhere else.
When you buy a 'house', what you are actually buying is the legal title to a plot of land. The house on it comes for free as part of the deal.
In fact, I'm sure you can. Thats how people sell the ends of their gardens. Selling it with outline permission will also increase its value, though there is always the chance of your permission not being granted. Have there been other neighbours who have done the same?
