I dont suppose anyone has got a house to let in east sussex? preferably hastings way.
Im a single mum with 3 bright well behaved children.
Deposit a big problem but a months rent in advance ok.

You really need to try and get a deposit together, even if it means borrowing it off friends etc. Most landlords wont let a property without taking a deposit, the risks are just too great. I think some local authorities have schemes where they will pay the deposit or guarantee it in certain circumstances. You should look into this.

Try looking on Houseladder etc for houses to rent.
