Has any one heard of this ageny? I am currently looking for somewhere to live, and I've seen a flatshare on this site that looks promising, but it asks for a payment up front before I can progress. I thought that was illegal. Then, when I checked their address, I found it was in New York, and I feel unsure on wether I should give my card details to them.
