whats a decent price for renting a house in the salford area
for one person. I saw one on 'find a property.com' for 450 pcm, 2 bedrooms fully furnished! Is this a good deal?

Why not look at other similar properties and see what they are asking, that would seem the sensible thing to do.

Good 20/20 advice there! I'm absolutely amazed at the rental values of property these days. Tiny 2 bedroomed houses here on the South Coast are commanding �700 pcm!! How on earth can people afford it! Surely mortgage repayments would be less than that??
