does anyone pay there water by the meter? if so rough prices.

and does anyone pay gas quartly(every 3 months) id so rough prices

How big is the house? How many people are in the house?
Bath or shower? Washing machine? Gas central heating? Gas cooker?

There is not a simple answer to your question. Somebody living in a one bedroomed flat with electric heating and a gas cooker will use a lot less than a house of 6 with gas central heating, gas fires and gas cooking.

Same with the water.

its a 2 bedroom house with living room kitchen and bathroom. there will be 2 people living ther untill our little one comes along in january. its gas central heating, gas cooker has a shower and bath.
