how to tank an exterior wall new build

built out of 4" 7n concrete blocks aprox 1 m under ground with cellar inside

you could render exterior wall with waterproofer in sand and cement then apply same render mix on internal walls with two coats of cemetitious tanking followed by another coat of waterproof render allowing each coat of render and tanking to fully dry. if you wanted to plaster the internal walls i would dry line walls with insulated plasterboards first to limit condensation and mould problems.
