I have a bracing cable in my property for a telegraphpole outside my property. The previous owner of my houee got rent for this, am I entitled to rent too?

Yes Rhonda..................unless the previous owner opted for a one off payment .................
Yes - it's called a wayleave, and if the power company don't pay it then you can insist that they remove it.
