changing deeds??

Hi,
We have changed out 2 bed house into a 3 bed house by stud partioning one of the rooms all the bedrooms have there own door and comply with building regs, only we would like to sell our house but the deeds will have it listed as a 2 bed do we need to get this changed and if so how can we .

Don't understand where you believe that the 'deeds' specify you have a 2-bed house. It's the Land Registry property title that is important and that defines the area of land that you own. The fact there is a house built on that land doesn't mater and the size of your house is not detailed on the LR records.

Thanks for your advise , so what your saying there is no record to be found that our house was once a 2 bed.
