OWC mortgage question

my lenders are intentonally trying toscrew me, they save up checks to cash all at once, they call trying to start fights, and we dont even deal with the person who we bought the house off of, we deal with his PARENTS, they have mroe than 3 properties on the finance im sure, and from my undertanding they can only have 3 a year, anymore than that they have to be "mortgage brokers", is this mortgage fraud?, and what can i do to screw em back?, i plan on refinancing but they have done this to so many ppl(small town), it has to stop here
