take it to a bike shop the have special machines for unbuckling wheels

Thanks for the reply but I want to know how to do it myself

not sure if you can if you haven't got correct equipment
It can be done by hand if it is not too badly buckled, it involves tightenting and loosening spokes in a certain order  but it's a very rare skill and I don't have it! Have a search on the net there's probably someone out there who can tell you how.

A proper bike shop (ie not Halfords) is best. My Grandad used to build racing bikes. He is the only person I have ever seen unbuckle a wheel 'by eye'. He had a jig, which was basically a pair of front forks, to put the wheel in. He would then spin it and swing a hammer at the critical moment! A very rare skill.
Spin the wheel and notice where the deformation occurs (by looking at a fixed part like the brake pads). Then loosen the spokes on one side and tighten on the other, but this can cause other buckles to appear, so be careful. What might appear to be the buckle could be the true shape and vise-versa.
