Hi,
Need to replace a shower pump in a house I'm renting to a tenant, as cheaply as poss so thinking about doing it myself. The existing one's under the bath so would changing it just be a case of turning the (cold ?) water off, swapping connectors like for like, plugging in, turning water back on ?

I've seen one that looks good value and has good reviews

but I'm wondering why they say it takes an hour or so to fit ?

Thanks

Yes, usually a simple direct replacement. Push-fit connectors too, to make it even easier.
