equipment to hep me paint my flat by myself

i really want to paint my flat by myself, but after previous attempts i think i'm going to need something like a paint pod to help me. Any suggestions?

Don't go cheap. The more expensive paint has better coverage. Also find out if you have a trade outlet near you as they are better too. Haven't tried the paint pods but did use the square pad things and they are quite good. Good luck, I hope your walls are even!! Remember that you need to paint the skirting after (or keep them covered)no matter how hard you try there are always spatters.

I've seen mixed reviews about paint pods - I use the pads and a tray, works fine.

old fashioned roller and brushes for me... but it does help if you buy good quality ones and use good paint....Wickes white was brilliant and I gather their others (best versions not the cheap ones) are pretty good too

i'm so worried about using them, i can see myself getting paint everywhere!! i will be using good quality paint after though, i didn't realize it made such a big difference
