I am aware i would need permission and beams etc.

but i am talking about just the frames, the glass and doors...can they just be taken out and moved elsewhere...? or does the frame at least get destoyed in the removal?

I am assuming there must be a way...?

I am trying to get an idea of possible costs and want to know how many i can recycle ...

thanks

With difficulty, because the banging and wrenching of getting em out usually wrecks them.
If you tell your builder to remove them 'carefully' he ought to be able to do just that; especially if he has been instructed to reinstate them, elsewhere.
Yes, I agree, especially if some thought is put into it. I'm always "recycling". Permission isn't normally needed, unless it's a listed or "protected" building.
Make sure the guys know your intentions or they'll wade in and destroy them to get them out.
That's the ultimate moving 'Take Everything With You' : )
