When is it safe to put out my Tomato seedlings into a un heated greenhouse?they are on the window sills at the moment but I need the space they are also getting a bit leggy, 2" high I live in Sussex so not too cold a place also have fleece to cover at night.and would leave them in 3" pots till they are bigger.

Immediately this happens, move the plants to a light position (a light windowsill is ideal), but out of direct sunlight to avoid burning the leaves.
Alternatively you could try planting them outside using a cloche (or poly-tunnel). The basic rules of no frost and a minimum soil temperature of 15C (60F) must be achieved.
