I have a 2 stroke petrol strimmer. Can I use 4 stroke oil in the petrol and would it run just the same

Deffinitely not... they are not the same formulation and you would soon destroy your two stroke engine...

its just that I had some in the hut which I used on my old petrol lawnmower and just wondered.
