The barrel and blades on my Suffolk Punch mower suddenly stopped working - any idea why or how to easily fix this problem?

Apparently I have a deadly fridge freezer!

The "drive chain" on my 14" Suffolk Punch is actually a "V" drive belt. As Trim has said, it's possible that it has broken. Simple enough to replace. Slacken off tension bolts, and adjust or replace:
