Are you in the US, jimmie? I ask because of the time at which you posted - this is a UK site so the laws may be different.

To use someone else's debit card, you would have to know his PIN - and that is against the rules of the person's debit card, we are always told not to reveal our PIN to anyone. As helen says - he would need to have given you the PIN and told you under which circumstances he would give you permission to use it. Dodgy ground, if you ask me.
It's not against the law as such, but it goes against the card owner's contract with the card company and loses any protection he may have against fraud, etc

i do have his permission i. and too take care of all his bills too.

The issue is that he cannot validly give you permission if he keeps to the T&C of his card. It puts him at risk of fraud, and you at risk of being accused of fraud

the issue is his wife has nothing to do with his company and wants it. she is trying to bury me and the owner is not here to protect me against acusations.
but every dime is accounted for and nothing was stolen. what happens if she gets it to a court of law?
If you have his permission then I presume he would supportyou in any action his wife might take. I dont understand why she is involved if she has nothing to do with the business. How did she know you had the card and was using it/
Jimmie I just noticed from your last comment you are proably in the states and there may be different laws. This is a UK site so we can only tell you about UK law
