What is your definition of a "panino"?  Is it just a bread roll?

The best method I found was to make the bread as usual in your machine. After the mixture is made, remove it from the machine and  make a small hole in the centre  of the dough.

Then, put two to four tablespoons of olive oil in the hole, with about a teaspoon of crushed dried rosemary and oregano. Then knead the dough together for about 5 minutes.

Leave the dough to rise for about 2 hours in a bowl covered with a clean tea towel. Then seperate into portions. Leave on a floured baking tray for 30 minutes before baking in oven 200 degrees celcius for between 30-40 mins.
