A lady has asked me
"What do the initials stand for AVAWH under the Edinburgh Crystal Paperweight" It is clear with a thistle in it or on it (not sure). under the initials ther is 40 and then 1960 - 2000.

Does anybody have any ideas - apart from celebrating either a ruby wedding or birthday some sort of anniversary I am stuck
