out of the arm of my sofa ?
I dropped a large dollop of it on there and it is a fabric material.
Of course it is hard

Soluble in Acetone (e.g nail varnish remover) but be careful as acetone can discolour fabrics. Use tiny amounts at first to check colour fastness and apply with something like a small toothbrush

get some superglue disolver from DIY shop, they do it in homebase
