Cleaning tiles

What do people think is a good product for cleaning tiles? Also, where mine are fairly shineeeyyyy (polish polish) there are some smears which almost looks in certain lights like scratches but you can see them face on (if you get my drift) - does anyone know what I could use to get rid?

I tried stuff called "Shock" from Morrisons. Claims to be Australias' top tile cleaner. Worked brilliantly!
