what is the liner called (which is not around the sides) only a back panel (225mmx220mm) Is it polystyrene that has been fireproofed and where can I get a replacement from? Fire is about 10 years old and regularly serviced

If you are stuck .. and you need the manual .. or parts exploded diagrams .. go here. Install the browser viewer add-on .. and you will need model number.

The panels are NOT polystyrene ..they are a fibrous material (like a lightweight asbestos equivalent) that is very heat insulative.
Many fires and stoves use it.
I would probably buy this and cut to size .. it's the right sort of stuff you need.
