Do I need to remove and store summer flowering bulbs such as Homeria and Brodiaea Triteleia at the end of the season or can I leave them in the ground?

I bought some Brodiaea from the garden centre. on the package it said NOT to dig them up each season as they hate to be disturbed. However, the assistant said they would probably only last one season ! I decided to buy them anyway as they looked pretty on the photo!
