We got two new sofas from dfs last year and the cushions are frankly broccoli. You have to plump them after every sitting and they are lumpy and out of shape, even the ones that only get sat on about once a week. I'm not sure what they are currently stuffed with but what would be the best way to restuff them decently without spending a fortune?

perhaps get some foam from an upholstry shop?
Meh, give them a ring, the quality of there stuff is frankly sugar. Complain.
I used to work for a company who supplied DFS with cushions for many years. They use the cheapest fillings such as scrap fibre! The best thing to do is take your covers from the seat to a FOAM converters in your area & get a good quality foam for them. Moulded is the best & will last for years.
Complain. You have paid good money and would expect better.
Over to SCS!
DFS should restuff them free of charge. Ring them.
Sorry..DFS. (ours was from SCS)

Thanks for your answers. Following your advice I've sent them an email. Will see if I can find the paperwork for it while I wait for them to reply.

For those who advised I just wanted to let you know I got in touch with DFS and they are going to send someone round to inspect the cushions on the sofa. Obviously that's not a promise they'll do anything about it but a good start. Thanks all.
