I have 3 STAGE METAL LOFT LADDER,THIS WEEK WHEN I LOWERED IT THE LADDER CAME DOWN ON ONE I HAVE CORRECTD IT BUT NOW THE SPRING PINS COME OUT IF I TRY TO LOWER THE LADDER.

Can't you put them back in again, and fasten them? what make is it?

hi i have removed the pins and ladder comes down ok,not sure of make it was installed before i moved here.thank you for your answer sorry for delay in replying to you
