*here comes question 2 of the day, lol... How does one remove a Bee hive (FULL of bee's I might add) out of the ground??????... without using Glen's bright idea of digging it up!*
Any ideas?

Most likely your critters are Bumblebees or digger bees (family Anthoporidae), sweat bees (family Halictidae), and mining bees (family Andrenidae). They are helpful for plant propagation, but don't produce honey and, therefore will be olittle interest to bee keepers.
You might use care, however, since they could be a variety of wasps, which can be very aggressive.
