I'm in an ordinary domestic situation and my phone bill has just arrived showing I have 'Unlimited Weekend Plan'. Searching the internet about it is like looking for a needle in a hay-stack. I'm not interested in 'calling plans' and simply want a telephone that I can use at any time. For goodness sake BT is that too simple a provision to ask for? Can someone please explain Unlimited Weekend Plan - and what about the other days in the week?
This is now the default "If you just need a BT landline or just make calls at the weekend this is the option for you.", which is what I suspect is all you want/require - and is available 7 days per week. Just be aware that daytime calls during the week are charged at 7.95p/min though.
Thank you for these helpful answers. I just make occasional calls as and when the need arises. It seems I probably have the least expensive 'plan', although week-ends mean nothing special to me.
