That's the one I have it does the job perfectly but I never tried it as wet razor.
I bought it from Argos £49.

Although an electric razor can give you a perfectly satifactory shave, it'll never be quite as good as the one it's possible to get from a wet shave. That said, it may be worth having a look here...

No electric shaver can match the performance of a wet blade. However having cut myself once too often, I purchased a Remington R405 based on buyer’s reviews (and price)

http://www.argos.co.u...%3EELECTRIC+RAZOR.htm

I was very impressed with its performance – it gave a good close shave (quickly). I paid £25 for it a few years ago but it is now £30.

The blades of mine have now lost their sharpness – and its performance is not as it was – I may have to splash out on a replacement.

If you want the rechargeable version – that is Remington model R455.

The Argos spec claims that model R405 can be used for wet and dry shaving – I would advise against getting too much (any) water close to a mains powered shaver.
I tried many electric shavers over the years, they always left me with a shaving rash and stubble, they wouldn't even come close to an acceptable shave in my opinion. Cant beet a nice wet shave with a good razor.

I now have a full beard so I dont need to bother.

Thanks everyone,I'll check them out and give one a try ! Cheers, John
Many electric razors are now designed to be used "wet" as well as "dry".
Personally, I've never used anything other than Philips electric razors - since I was 15.
