Spanish property for sale

I have a property to sell and would like to know of any UK agents who would be interested in marketing it on my behalf. I know I can list it on various property sites, but really want someone who will market it and try and find a buyer............not just wait for a buyer to stumble across it surfing the web.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The current economic climate and the glut of properties on the market in Spain might it difficult to sell a property there just now.

Very difficult climate for sellers at the moment, eihpos.

It WILL sell if the price is right.

So many people in Spain put their properties on the market at an unrealistic price and will never sell.

As a guide........think of the price that you would want for your house 5 years ago, halve that price........and that is a realistic selling price.

I also regularly slobber over Spanish property sites. I only look at Rightmove, Bonnin Sanso or if it's a posh place Engels and Volkers.

Really sqad? I look at them online a lot. They have some cracking tumbledown upwards of 3 million places advertised over there.

Thank-you for comments so far, however my property has been valued by an agent in Spain and is currently being advertised locally. I just want another option and hoped someone may know of a UK agent who does this.

Get your Spanish agent to adverise it on Rightmove or Prime Location then. I think you'll find most property sales are started through the web (rather than being stumbled upon). the days of peering through estate agents windows are going.
