Using the screws underneath the hinges on a patio door to give an extra mm or so of clearance at the bottom...

Start at the top with something small like a quarter turn. Repeat for the others. Back to the top again and carry on the sequence until satisfactory. You'll know by the relative "resistance" of each screw when they're all equally tight.
