I have just recently laid new turf to the rear garden of my property.

It started of lush and green, but is dry and brown as well as patchy in various areas.

I have watered it every day for at least one and a half hours per day. I recently fed it with Evergreen lawn feed. but it hasn't come up green at all.

Please can anyone help me?

Before you laid the turf, did you prepare the ground correctly, with a peat or compost?  This should have been watered prior to laying the turf.

Another problem could be the time that you are watering the turf. If the sun is out and hot the turf can be scorched. Only water the turf early in the morning and in the late evening.

I hope this helps
