Polaroid Photographs
4 Answers
I have some polaroid photographs which are very important to me, infact they are my most treasured possessions. They are nearly 2 years old and the colouring is already beginning to fade. I do have copies of them all stored on my computer, but would like to keep the originals in the best condition as I possibly can. Are there any particular methods or ways to keep them looking good for as long as possible?
Thank you

This is not the same as the non-reflective glass you can get. It prevents the ultra-violet light (I think that's the harmful one) from getting to the pictures. They use it for displaying water-colours which they don't want damaged by light. Make sure that the photos are mounted as this prevents them from touching the glass which can also damage them. Otherwise, just make sure that you keep them somewhere dark and dry - an albumn with tissue paper between the pages is the best I think.
