Triton electric shower

Have Triton showers have a built in obsolescence factor or just a poor design, I have a 9.5Kw Ivory shower which keeps burning out the inside wiring due to poor crimp connections or insufficiant wiring size this is not the only Triton shower Ive had and Im fed-up with this manufacturer,can any one suggest a better one with  longevity.

I've had a 8.5Kw Triton in daily use for fifteen years. When the valve failed they sent me a replacement for a small fee and since then it's been great. It's outlasted two isolator switches.

 thanks for your reply,Ive also had a 8.5Kw same problems poor connections,even Triton admitted that the spade connections have been problematic thats why they now spot weld the outlet thermostatic connections ,youve been really fortunate.
