What Is The Shopping Centre Monoblock

I'm going to get a mono block driveway, I already have my rear garden done but I need to re sand it every year. I have seen the shopping centres and my town centre is done and the bits between the bricks are hard concrete so no need for re sanding or moss growing in between. Anyone know soni can google it?

I'm guessing that the paving blocks have been grouted, Watters. It's quite normal to brush kiln-dried sand into the joints. No reason why a dry sand & cement mix isn't used as an alternative. with joints ironed to finish as with face-brickwork.
