chewing gum

HELP.....Went out for a meal on Saturday and sat in some chewing gum.....I'd only brought my skirt on that day. Its a gipsy style white cotton skirt.I've tried the freezer but to no avail...Can anyone help as I'm really gutted thanks

i got chewing gum on my cotton trousers once, have you tried a really strong stain remover? thats how i got mine out just search the shelves for a really good one something a little stronger than vanish! x

Really annoying when this happens - why can't people dispose of it properly! Anyway...
Got chewing gum on a vest top once and used the Stain Devil for chewing gum.  Took a couple of goes but it came off eventually

Use a bit of nail vanish remover.

Cyclohexane is brilliant for removing chewing gum - but a bit difficult to come by unless you work in a lab !!  ;o)

Peanut butter or cold cream will dilute the gum

or Soak in white vinegar or egg white before putting in washer.
