try wallpaper paste
... because you only need a small amount, try border paste, 'cos it's already mixed :)

Sorry, I should have said I tried paste already and polybond, it worked for a couple of years but it's coming away again.
Use a heavy duty staple gun and staple the edges of the wall paper to the wall.
Question Author
I'll try border paste Gizomster if it;s stronger than polybond. Thats just a daft idea Society.
No it's not, I've done it before and it worked perfectly for me.
You could just try a normal glue then like No more nails.
Question Author
I'd need about 3 staples for each joining and they'd would just show. through as the paper is a cream colour plus I'd need to buy a staple gun.

I have a tube of that Prudie, will give it a go.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
Contact adhesive. eg Evo Stik.
overlap & border adhesive. Dampen the paper 1st then apply the glue to both surfaces.
Do you know why it's peeling off e.g dampness ?
I've stapled - or in the worst instance, I used white duck tape and painted over it to match the wall.
I would find out why it's coming away. As suggested above, possible dampness?

You need to use Copydex.
