Are Walllights In Or Out These Days,?

Just decorating the living room......white walls...painted ...fire place wall white with black flowers on paper. Silver and pearly grey table lamp. black photo frames to put on the walls. and large black tele on wall. Now do we or dont we put back wall lights.??

You can get some really nice modern wall lights from John Lewis or Next. Ones with shades are out though.

I do have white glass with a silver thread through wall lights at the moment and just wondering if I should put them back or not.?

If you want and like wall lights, go for it....it's your home and you who has to live with them, not anyone else.

I would love to have wall lights (not fabric shades) but we rent and our landlord would not be prepared to install any for us. I'm not sure the wiring in this house could take it anyway :)
