uPVC Window frames

What is the best way to clean these? They've gone way past the usual household cleaners such as Flash or Mr.Muscle , I need something industrial strength!

My Mum says to use Cif cream with a sponge scourer(cant spell you know the rough green bit on a sponge!) that should work. but she has recently had a new window put in and they left some cleaner behind that she is going to give me that she said made it spotless so when i get it ill let you know the name. x

There is only one answer to this, go to a builders merchant and ask for solvent cleaner used for facia, guttering etc. It works so well you won't get your breath, but use sparing as it evaporates!

My hubby is a quality control manager for a window company who makes upvc frames and they use Cif.It's the only thing they use and he swears by it.
