Face Flannels And Bath Sponges

Where do you keep yours? I have a bath rack at the moment to hang them over but cant stand it and want to get rid, but dont know where else to store them I dont really like them on show

I hang mine to dry on the shower behind the shower curtain so they are not on show

Our sponges are on the side of the bath, leaning against the wall. We don't use flannels in the bath but I have one by the sink, it's on the radiator if I keep it - most times (as we have loads of flannels) I just use it once then wash it. Depends what I've cleaned with it :-)

I only use mine once so they go into the airing cupboard , in the bath, in the wash...repeat !! When I was small we always had a musty smelling flannel in our bathroom, I swore I never wanted to smell that again .

Hate flannels and sponges, as flumpy says they start to smell awful.

I have a small wicker basket in the bathroom with all the clean flannels rolled into sausages standing on end, it's about the only thing I keep in order in the bathroom

I only use a flannel once and then it gets washed and I keep them all in a storage basket in the bathroom cupboard .So they never hang around .

I am the only one in our family who uses a sponge. It goes straight into the wash afterwards. They go through the tumble dryer too.

Flannels ? In the airing cupboard until my woman visits and wants to use one, then the washing machine, then washing line or tumble drier, then back to the airing cupboard.

I loathe both. If it is necessary to use a flannel then it gets used, dries on the towel rail and then gets put in the washing basket.

I detest toilet brushes, flannels and bars or soap in equal measure!

I have flannels and sponges and horror of horrors even a loo brush - all kept scrupulously clean.

But show me a Loofah and I'm off!!

Ah, I have heard the one about the loo brush in the loo overnight - all well and good unless you need to go in the darkness, still with eyes closed.!!

I'm pretty much with Eccles on this one - loo brush is a No no, it's more hygienic to scrub the toilet by hand. Bars of soap have been replaced with squirty anti-bac, sponges should be illegal! I'm the only one to use a flannel, and it's use, wash, dry. New flannels ready for visitors!
