Fixing Wires To Concrete Posts

I want to fix some garden wire to my concrete posts. I know you can buy something called anchors that bolt to the posts with eyes to attach garden wire but I can only find them online. Does anyone know anywhere, diy stores I can buy them .thanks

Concrete posts are very hard to drill with a standard masonry drill Maggie, unless you have a fairly powerful one.
If you have trouble, you'll need an "SDS" type drill. Much more powerful for dense concrete.
