B&q Electric Wall Hung Fire Fault

Only used 7-9 times last year, switches on, flame goes round but both heating elements won't come on, have unplugged it, cleaned vents, but will not work, any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I would be tempted to take it back...

I bought it last April, but only used it about 7-9 times , bit disappointed that something I bought, yet hardly used, is dissfunctional

Take my hat off to B&Q Sheffield, rang store, was told to bring fire down and talk to manager, gave me a 70% refund on credit for another fire. So was satisfied, shame about the hole in my wall and redecorating to do tho.
