Fridge Freezer

I have a Hoover F/F the fridge cooling switch is normally set at 2.5.however it has suddenly started getting colder the milk is getting ice in it. ! have turned it down to 1.5 for the time being but does anyone know why this has happened.?

Make sure all the door seals are good and that the doors close properly.
Try it on a low setting for a short while to see what happens
